Woman with cancer gets dream of seing Grand Canyon

Ronda Ulmer’s dream of seeing the Grand Canyon has finally come true.

The 38-year-old suffers daily from Liposarcoma, a type of cancer that attacks fat cells and the deep tissue surrounding internal organs. Her sickness, combined with a government shutdown threatened to take her dream away from her as national parks were ordered closed.
