Independent Charities of America
Dream Foundation received the Independent Charities of America (ICA) Seal of Excellence. The award goes to charities that have, upon rigorous independent review, been able to certify, document and demonstrate on an annual basis that they meet the highest standards of public accountability, program effectiveness and cost effectiveness. It is estimated that fewer than five percent of charities reviewed meet or exceed these standards.
