Hospice of Davidson County patient Marlin Lovingood fulfilled a final dream on Feb. 18. Thanks to the assistance of Hospice of Davidson County and the Dream Foundation, Lovingood boarded a pontoon boat at High Rock Lake to enjoy a relaxing fishing trip with his family.

“From the moment I was informed I was sick and there was no cure for Parkinson’s disease, I knew I wanted to go fishing on a boat one last time,” said Lovingood. “It was a great day on the lake with my family and I’m appreciative for Hospice of Davidson County and the Dream Foundation for fulfilling my dream.”
